A A If you made an appointment via the Internet, please go to My Page -> Appointment Search. You may change or cancel your appointment up to one day before the date of appointment. You may also make your appointment or change by telephone. You can cancel  or change your appointment until the examination date.

A The Receipt/Payment desk at the administration department provides information related to medical expenses and also you can print out the information.

A Patients will be charged for 50% of the basic examination expense will be in case of successive injection prescription, physical therapy and radiation therapy.

A You can pay in cash, check cards, or credit cards. (No interest installment payment is also available depending on your credit card providers.)

A Doctors with sufficient work experience (i.e., 10 years or more experience since receiving his or her specialist’s license); dentists who have 15 years or more work experience since receiving his or her license; university hospital doctors with 5 years or more work experience since receiving his or her license whose rank is assistant professor or higher. ※ Please see the "Additional expense calculation standard"

A A system designed to provide quality medical services and professional and improved treatment by designating doctors equipped with specific qualifications. (Applicable Act: Article 37.2 of the Medical Services Act) If you choose designation-doctor treatment, the patient should pay for medical expenses prescribed under the law.

A The same day treatment will be determined depending on the examination department and the assigned doctor. The schedule will be changed depending on the appointment of the day. Therefore, we recommend that you make an appointment.

A Medical certificate of death: A certificate issued for the death that occurred during the treatment at the hospital or while in emergency treatment  The dead body certificate: The certificate is issued when a person arrived in the state of death.

Please understand that you may not be able to make an appointment on a certain date due to heavy appointment. (However, if you are visiting the hospital for the first time, you cannot make an appointment via the Internet due to user of personal information restriction.)
